International Academy Of San Jieh Dao (IASJD) is truly one of the most unique of all of the martial arts academies and organization in the world. We are in pursuit of educating the interested and serious students in the Tri Fold Method (San Jieh Dao) of martial arts. Our martial art is developed in such a way to educate the student all around physically, mentally as well as spiritually in the Truth. As our rich history stands, in short, it is represented in our name, and we pronounce that we are:
I - International: Because we are the International Head Quarter of San Jieh Dao. (2) Because our physical art is an amalgamation of the international elements. (3) Because our students come from many international races and cultures. (4) Because our aim and goal is to educate not just the local students, but also the international pupils from all over the continent of the U.S.A and around the world, via our seminars, lectures, many diverse products, publications, as well as free literatures, internet and our branches.
A - Academy: Because we believe that nothing (no tools, products, etc) alone can serve as a full substitute for a real, Tri Fold training in an official martial art academy, under a tutelage and supervision of experienced, official and certified instructors. (2) Because the education of martial arts as a whole comprises of Tri Fold development and enhancement of an individual, which can be Fully accomplished, only through and in an artistic and scientific academic environment.
SJD - San Jieh Dao: Because our martial art system is San Jieh Dao, which is founded and developed by Sifu Bahram Khozairy, the president of IASJD. The art and science of San Jieh Dao (The Tri Fold Way) in its physical nature is an open-system, which comprises of physical elements, supported by their logical concepts. SAN JIEH DAO embodies the Liberated Jeet Kune Do - Jun Fan Gung Fu. SJD is considered not only a Revolution, but also a Reformation within the world of martial arts and specifically Jeet Kune Do - Jun Fan Gung Fu.
